Sanm Technology Co., Ltd has set up wholly automatic production lines in our factory in Shenzhen, China. The current annual production capacity can be up to 5 million pcs CMOS camera modules and can be huge expanded upon customers' demands. At pleasant, Chip Scale Package (CSP) manufacturing process is implemented and all other effective processes are seriously considered.
